Wallyball is a sport that was conceived in Illinois on a small scale in 1971, and on a larger scale in California in 1979. It has grown world wide with a player base of over 15,000,000 in over 85,300 facilities world wide. The sport is similar to volleyball, but is played in a racquetball court and has categories for men, women, and co-ed.

FSU Racquet and Fitness Center has 3 Wallyball courts and the equipment necessary to play using teams of two, three and most often four players per side.
