Fitness Class Policies Full payment is due at the start of the session. Makeup classes must be completed by the end of the next session.

Full refunds are available by notifying the front desk no later than 24 hours in advance of the first fitness class. 50% refunds will be given during the second week of clinics. If a session is canceled, a full refund will follow. No other refunds are available.

Our fitness instructors reserved the right to remove any participant from any sessions for any misconduct they deem detrimental to the class, without refunding any payments.

All classes must have a minimum of four people or they may be canceled. Anyone with a disability who needs special accommodations to attend a class should contact (231) 591 – 2212
